Tumble in the Jungle byr på leken kommunikasjon og sanselig overskudd.
På scenen møter vi to dansere og en døv musiker. Vi følger deres oppdagelsesferd gjennom absurde humoristiske og poetiske tablåer. Det er en visuell og sanselig reise for barn med fokus på fellesskap, humor og anerkjennelse.
Tumble in the Jungle er tilpasset hørselshemmede og døve barn, men passer like godt for alle barn. Forestillingen søker å gi barna glede og berikelse i øyeblikket og kan virke samlende på tvers av funksjonshemming.
- Det vil være en tegnspråktolk tilstede på huset i forbindelse med begge visningene.
Forestillingen presenteres igjennom Dansenett Norge, og vises i samarbeid med Rosendal Teater som en del av vårt «barne- og ungdomsprogram.

Om Inger Cecilie Bertrand de Lis
Inger-Cecilie Bertràn de Lis er kunstnerisk leder, koreograf, regissør, og produsent for ICB Produksjoner. Hun er utdannet danser fra Operaens Ballettskole og Statens Balletthøgskole, og har arbeidet som danser i Den finske Nasjonal Ballett, Landestheatre Linz, Malmø Stadsteater og Den Norske Opera og som frilanser i en rekke uavhengige prosjekter i Norge, Paris, Madrid, Lausanne og Stockholm.
Sin første egenproduserte forestilling laget hun i 2003, og har etter hvert blitt en av de mest produserende koreografene vi har her i landet. Spesielt har hun utmerket seg med sine fantasirike og gjennomarbeidede forestillinger for barn. Hun arbeider ut ifra forskjellige temaer som hun ønsker å belyse. I forestillingene er det visuelle og det auditive gitt like stor betydning i de sceniske tablåene som ofte er stemningsskapende, fantasifylte, og poetiske. Musikken er spesialkomponert til hver forestilling, og hun bruker mye tid på å finne det riktige musikalske uttrykket til hver produksjon i samarbeid med de forskjellige komponistene.
De fleste av Bertràn de Lis forestillinger er vist både rundt om i landet og internasjonalt. Hun koreograferer også for institusjonsteatre og frigrupper, bl.a. gjorde hun koreografien til Erik Ulfsbys oppsetning av Fruen fra havet på Oslo Nye Teater som fikk Heddaprisen i 2006.

Full tumble in the jungle!
A visual and sensory performance for children with focus on community, humor and recognition
These are themes that children can recognize, and that can bring them joy and enrichment in the moment. Tumble in the Jungle is adapted for hearing impaired and deaf children. At the same time, the performance is also for children who do not have this disability, and in that way be a unifying performance for all children.
On stage we meet two dancers and a deaf musician. We follow their exploration through absurd, humorous and poetic tableaux.
The performance is presented through Dansenett Norge, in collaboration with Rosendal Teater.
ABOUT INGER-CECILIE BERTRÀN DE LIS
Inger-Cecilie Bertràn de Lis is the artistic director, choreographer, director, and producer for ICB Productions. She is a trained dancer from the Opera Ballett School and the Norwegian Ballet Academy. She has worked as a dancer in the Finnish National Ballet, Landestheater Linz, Malmö Stadsteater and the Norwegian Opera, and as a freelancer in a number of independent projects in Norway, Paris, Madrid, Lausanne and Stockholm.
She made her first self-produced performance in 2003 and has gradually become one of the most producing choreographers in Norway. In particular, she has excelled with her imaginative and thorough performances for children. In the performances, the visual and the auditory are given equal importance in the scenic tableaux, which are often evocative, imaginative and poetic. The music is specially composed for each performance, and she spends a lot of time finding the right musical expression for each production in collaboration with the different composers. Most of Bertràn de Lis’s performances have been shown both around the country and internationally. She also choreographs for institutional theaters and free groups, including she did the choreography for Erik Ulfsby’s production of The Lady from the Sea at Oslo Nye Teater, which received the Hedda Award in 2006.
